The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. I liked the blackout curtains, which helped block out all the light. There were plenty of electrical plugs and USB ports. Some hall noise was noticeable, which could be a bit bothersome. Overall, it felt clean and well-kept.

The pool area was fantastic for my seven kids, providing them plenty of space to splash around and have fun. The staff were accommodating and were quick to provide extra towels when we needed them. Breakfast was a hit with a great variety for the whole family.

My kids wished for more soundproof rooms to avoid disturbances from other guests during our stay.

We stayed here for 1 night and I gotta say, the breakfast was really good! The egg white veggie omelette and turkey sausage were delish! The beds were comfy too, which was great after a long day. On the flip side, the towels had a bit of a strange smell. Overall, nice place for a quick stay!

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The cozy jacuzzi and the refreshing pool were perfect for unwinding after our long trip. The only small hiccup was a slight cleanliness issue in our room, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience. 😊

Had an amazing time with friends staying for two nights! We explored the beautiful local parks and checked out some great shops. The staff was super helpful, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the hot tub was perfect after a day out. Highly recommend this place!

The only downside was that the bed wasn't the most comfortable. It was an older mattress, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Some noise from the hallways was noticeable too.

Perfect for working travelers

Breakfast was great. Those comfy beds were something else! You wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day! The hot tub? Pure bliss after a long day, just wish those teenagers had some time limits. Like c'mon, kids, let the adults enjoy it too!

I truly enjoyed the clean and renovated rooms at Holiday Inn Express Johnson City, An Ihg Hotel. The indoor pool area was lovely, and the helpful staff made it so easy for seniors like me to access everything comfortably.
